Program and message content
Crossroads Realty Agent Hub sends recurring internal operational text messages to verified Crossroads Realty agents and authorized staff who affirmatively opt in using a verified company Microsoft account with a crnj.com email address. Program texts are sent from +1 (848) 266-6551.
Messages may include lead-routing and response reminders, event and calendar reminders, open-house hosting opportunities and coverage updates, and company operational notices. Messages link to Agent Hub for details.
This program does not enroll clients or cover the client app. It does not send marketing, property advertisements to consumers, affiliate promotions, or third-party offers.
Optional consent and enrollment
Consent to SMS messaging is optional and is not a condition of employment, company affiliation, or purchasing any goods or services. Users must actively select a separate, initially unchecked consent box before requesting enrollment. Providing a profile phone number alone is not consent.
Crossroads verifies the signed-in company identity and records consent before permitting category selection. When program delivery is active, the system sends an immediate enrollment-confirmation text after consent is saved. The confirmation includes the program name, recurring-message and frequency information, message and data rate information, and STOP and HELP instructions.
No recurring notification category is selected automatically. Users separately choose their Text categories on the Notifications page and save those preferences. A different mobile number requires fresh consent and category selection.

Frequency and charges
Messages are recurring. Message frequency varies based on the user's role, selected notification preferences, assignments, and company activity. Message and data rates may apply. Crossroads Realty does not charge a separate fee for the program.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from all program texts. You may receive one confirmation of your withdrawal. You can also choose Turn off all text messages on the Agent Hub Notifications page; your other notification-channel preferences remain unchanged.
Reply HELP for help or email cstopero@crnj.com. Other replies are not monitored for conversations.
If you previously replied STOP, first reply START to the same Crossroads number, then return to Notifications to give fresh web consent and select your Text categories. START alone does not restore app subscriptions or provide new Agent Hub consent.
Delivery and availability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier coverage and availability and is not guaranteed. SMS is not an emergency service.
Carrier approval and company activation are required before sending begins. Keep another notification method enabled for important notices.

Privacy
Use of the program is subject to the SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile information, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
