Crossroads Realty Inc. uses Agent Hub to keep its agents and authorized staff informed about work inside the brokerage. Text notifications are a choice, with separate consent and message preferences.
This program information and its policies are public. No sign-in is needed to read them.
Who this is for
For the people working inside Crossroads.
A verified company account is required to enroll
Eligible agents and authorized staff sign in to Agent Hub with their verified company Microsoft account and a crnj.com email address. Enrollment takes place on the signed-in Notifications page.
Having a phone number in a profile does not provide SMS consent. The user must actively agree to the separate SMS disclosure.
This is not a consumer texting program
The program does not enroll clients or cover the client app. It does not send property advertisements to consumers, marketing offers, affiliate promotions, or third-party offers.
Public real-estate lead forms and other Crossroads registrations do not enroll anyone in this Agent Hub program.

Recurring notifications are limited to the categories the user selects. Messages identify Crossroads Realty Agent Hub and direct users to Agent Hub for details.

How enrollment works
A separate opt-in. Your own preferences.
- Sign in and review the disclosure.
Open Notifications with an eligible company Microsoft account, then enter or confirm a U.S. mobile number.
- Actively give SMS consent.
Select the separate, initially unchecked consent box and choose Enable text notifications. The exact disclosure, version, number, source, user, and timestamp are recorded.
- Receive a confirmation, then choose categories.
When delivery is active, the system sends an immediate enrollment-confirmation text after consent is saved. No recurring notification category is selected automatically; users separately choose their Text categories and save preferences.
