Information collected
When an eligible internal user requests SMS notifications, Crossroads Realty Inc. uses their authenticated company account and collects the mobile number, consent status, exact consent disclosure and version, enrollment and withdrawal timestamps, selected notification categories, and the source of those choices.
Delivery records include provider message identifiers and delivery-attempt results. STOP, START, and HELP events are recorded to honor messaging choices. The public opt-in evidence page does not enroll anyone or collect mobile numbers.
How information is used
This information is used to verify program eligibility, deliver requested internal operational messages and enrollment confirmations, maintain notification preferences, document and honor consent and withdrawal requests, provide program support, prevent misuse, and meet legal, security, and carrier-compliance obligations.
Message frequency varies according to the user's selections and company activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile information and consent are not shared for marketing
Crossroads Realty Inc. does not sell, rent, or share mobile information, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be disclosed only to service providers that help Crossroads Realty deliver and support the requested messaging program, or when required by law. Those providers may use the information only to perform services for Crossroads Realty and may not use it for their own marketing. SMS opt-in data and messaging consent are excluded from sharing for marketing or promotional purposes.
Choices and support
Reply STOP to any program message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. An internal user may also change available messaging preferences or turn off all text messages in Agent Hub Notifications.
Opting out of SMS does not prevent delivery of required notices through other authorized company channels. For support, privacy questions, or withdrawal requests, email cstopero@crnj.com.
Security and retention
Crossroads Realty uses reasonable safeguards to protect messaging information and retains it only for as long as needed to operate the program, document consent, honor messaging choices, and satisfy applicable requirements. SMS consent records cannot be edited through the user-facing application.
This internal program does not enroll clients or provide consent for other Crossroads or affiliate messaging programs.
