AGCI Advantage100%A 100% split structure for agents who want control over each sales closing. Crossroads retains the first 0.5% of the sales price.
Foundation Cap65 / 35A traditional cap plan with no monthly plan fee. Crossroads receives 35% until the $27,000 annual cap, resetting annually on your anniversary.
Growth Cap75 / 25A growth-focused cap plan with a stronger starting split. Crossroads receives 25% until the $18,000 annual cap, resetting annually on your anniversary.
Momentum80 / 20A steady higher-split plan for agents who want simple math. Crossroads receives 20% with a predictable monthly plan fee.
Producer Plus90 / 10A high-split plan for established producers who value consistency. Crossroads receives 10% with a larger monthly plan fee.
Accelerator70 → 95A tiered plan that improves as production grows. Agent split moves from 70% to 85%, then 95%, resetting annually on your anniversary.
